By accessing and using KW in PS ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Accuracy and Disclaimer of Warranties
Our calculation algorithms are built to standard metric and automotive engineering specifications (1 PS = 735.49875 Watts). However, all content and calculations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall KW in PS or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service.
4. Intellectual Property
All website designs, logos, custom software code, and textual materials are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
